HOW TO ADD A QUICK REPLY IN WHATSAPP BUSINESS?
When you fill-up your business information in WhatsApp Business, you’ll get a couple of default replies that you can use on your chats. In this way, you don’t need to type your shop’s information every time a customer asks about them.

How to add a new quick reply option on WhatsApp Business?
If you want to have a few message templates that you can use to reply to your customers efficiently, you can add more quick replies to your account. By adding “/” and the shortcut, you can immediately type the message that you want to say.You can add or edit quick replies from the WhatsApp Business app on your phone.
Method 1: On your phone
1. Launch WhatsApp Business and sign in to your account.
2. Tap More options (three dots icon) on the top right side of your screen and select “Business tools” from the menu.
3. Select the “Quick replies” option under the Messaging section.
4. Tap the plus icon on the bottom right corner of the page to create a new quick reply.
5. Choose the shortcut you prefer to use and enter your reply message.
6. Tap Save on the top right corner to confirm your decision.
